Office Administrator – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office operations, including greeting visitors, fielding phone calls, and handling general inquiries
• Maintain office supplies and organizational systems
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing documents
• Create reports and tracking documents as needed
• Provide support to colleagues in the office
• Manage staff travel arrangements and other related activities
• Assist in the preparation of meetings, events and conferences
• Handle data entry tasks and update information on databases.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task efficiently and work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
