We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1400 and be eligible for additional benefits such as flexible working hours, health insurance, and paid vacation time. We are also open to considering foreign candidates for this role.

The responsibilities of this role include performing full-cycle recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, creating job postings, sourcing potential candidates, interviewing applicants, preparing hiring documents, and conducting background checks. The recruiter should also track progress reports from new hires by providing feedback on their performance. Additionally, the recruiter should be able to build relationships with potential candidates and provide support during the onboarding process.
