Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Sharjah
Salary: 1000 AED/Month
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff, as well as managing office operations and equipment.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phones and greet visitors to the office
• Maintain filing systems, both hard copy and electronic
• Maintain office supplies, including ordering of supplies as needed
• Assist with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks
• Monitor incoming and outgoing mail/courier items
• Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as needed
• Prepare correspondence for signature or distribution
• Participate in special projects or projects as assigned by management staff.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
• Ability to type accurately and quickly is essential
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail required
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
• Proficiency in MS Office suite is required; knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is also beneficial
