We are currently looking to hire an experienced and organized Secretary for our office in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide a range of secretarial services to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
We require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal person should be well versed in scheduling, arranging meetings, taking dictations and providing administrative support. They must also have excellent knowledge of technology, especially Microsoft Office and be proficient in using computers and other office equipment. Moreover, the successful applicant should be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
We are open to considering applications from immigrants who meet the required criteria. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary of AED 1000 per month (or more depending on experience).
