Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and other departments. Your duties will include but are not limited to: answering and forwarding phone calls; scheduling meetings; managing emails; assisting in the preparation of documents; ordering supplies; and other clerical tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, efficient, have a keen eye for detail, and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed. We expect you to have a minimum of 1 year work experience in an administrative role and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Fluency in English is also required. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage but not essential. Immigrant status is also welcome to apply for this position.
