Administrative assistant vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi!
This position provides administrative support to the organization and requires a detail-oriented, reliable, and organized individual. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the efficient operation of the office and will be expected to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all work.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have strong organizational capabilities, and be able to multitask effectively. The successful candidate should also have experience in office administration, data entry, and calendar management.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, answer phones, and assist with inquiries in a professional manner
• Manage incoming calls and emails
• Maintain filing systems for documents and records
• Handle scheduling requests for meetings or conference rooms
• Compile reports as requested by management
• Perform data entry into various software programs including Excel spreadsheets
• Process invoices & payments as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Administration/Office Management/Human Resources/Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) & Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs) • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task & prioritize workload effectively
