The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, along with excellent communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Drawing blood from patients in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Accurately record patient information prior and post procedure.
• Properly label specimens according to established standards.
• Maintain supplies used for drawing blood, such as needles, tourniquets, gauze, etc.
• Perform quality control tests on equipment and supplies used for drawing blood.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
