Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Clerk for our office in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, as well as ensuring that general office duties are completed on time and with accuracy. The salary is 1400 per month. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and answering general inquiries
- Organizing files, documents, and other records
- Maintaining a clean workspace
- Assisting with ordering supplies and managing inventory
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering phones, transferring calls, and taking messages
- Monitoring incoming emails
- Assisting with data entry tasks
- Handling basic accounting tasks such as invoicing customers
- Running errands as needed (e.g., post office, bank)
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- At least one year of professional experience in an office setting preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills - Strong customer service skills - Ability to work independently or in a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel) - Good written communication skills in English
