Job Title: Administrator
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1500 AED/month
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
• Scheduling meetings and appointments;
• Preparing documents, reports and presentations;
• Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters etc.);
• Facilitating the smooth running of the office by managing daily operations;
• Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members;
• Maintaining office supplies inventory;
• Assisting with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred;
• 3+ years of experience in an administrative role;
• Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) ;
