Job Title: Administrator
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1500 AED/month
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
β’ Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
β’ Scheduling meetings and appointments;
β’ Preparing documents, reports and presentations;
β’ Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters etc.);
β’ Facilitating the smooth running of the office by managing daily operations;
β’ Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members;
β’ Maintaining office supplies inventory;
β’ Assisting with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred;
β’ 3+ years of experience in an administrative role;
β’ Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) ;
β’ Excellent attention to detail; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; β’ Ability to multitask and work under pressure within tight deadlines; β’ Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English; β’ Well organized with strong problem-solving skills; β’ We are willing to consider immigrants for this position.
