Secretary vacancy in Doha Qatar
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the staff and management team and handle a variety of tasks, including drafting documents, filing, scheduling meetings, taking notes, and coordinating events.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to multi-task, prioritize tasks efficiently, and have great attention to detail. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position. The salary is 1400 QR per month.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Take accurate minutes of meetings
• Manage calendars including scheduling appointments
• Maintain filing systems in hard copy or electronically
• Greet visitors and answer phone inquiries in a professional manner
• Coordinate events such as conferences, trainings, seminars etc.
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Perform other duties as required by management team
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration or related field preferred • At least two years' experience as a Secretary or similar role • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with MS Office Suite • Strong organizational skills • Attention to detail • Ability to multitask efficiently
