Secretary job vacancy in Doha Qatar
The ideal candidate for the Secretary position in Doha should be a highly organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This person must have a keen eye for detail, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Secretary will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of our organization by providing support to the senior management team.
Responsibilities include: answering phone calls and emails, scheduling meetings and appointments, managing client files and other documents, preparing correspondence, taking notes during meetings, assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining general office organization, and other duties as assigned.
The successful applicant must possess strong computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential. Experience with travel arrangements or customer service is preferred.
We are looking for a reliable individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; we are open to considering an immigrant with minimal work experience at this position. The salary offered is 1600 per month.
