Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop strategies to increase revenue
• Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to all company policies
• Create a customer-friendly environment by providing excellent customer service
• Oversee inventory management and ensure stock is replenished as needed
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health & safety regulations
• Manage payroll processes and functions as necessary
• Maintain records of day-to-day operations and report any issues to upper management
• Train, coach, motivate, manage & develop staff members.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a restaurant manager or similar position in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team
• Ability to multi-task efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of restaurant operations & food safety regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Hospitality Management or related field
