Job Description:
We are looking for an Office assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff, ensuring the efficient running of the office. This is a full-time role with a salary of AED 1400 per month. We are ready to consider immigrants for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting visitors and customers warmly
• Answering phones, responding to emails, and other general customer service duties
• Assisting with filing, data entry, photocopying and other administrative tasks
• Organizing office supplies and equipment
• Assisting with setting up meetings and events
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the office space
• Performing other duties as assigned

Required Skills:
• Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role;
