Office assistant job in Dibba-El-Fujairah UAE for Indian
We are looking for an ambitious and organized Office assistant to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to all departments, assisting with day-to-day operations, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, good communication abilities both verbally and in writing, a keen eye for detail, and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Office assistant will also need to have a basic understanding of office equipment such as printers and copiers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining filing systems and filing documents, preparing reports, handling mail distribution and postage needs, ordering supplies when needed, coordinating travel arrangements for staff members, managing calendars for executives/managers/special projects as assigned.
