Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department and ensuring that all administrative duties are performed efficiently and accurately. The role will involve a variety of tasks such as preparing documents, filing, scheduling meetings, answering phones, ordering supplies and managing office inventory.
Needs for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of office practices and procedures. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
