Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the office, as well as providing administrative support to staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be a self-motivated individual, and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600 per month.

Demands for Candidate
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in office management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle tasks independently and prioritize workload
• Knowledgeable about office procedures and policies
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential, additional language skills are an advantage
• Experience working with foreigners is preferred but not required.

Job Description
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of the office, including:
• Managing front desk activities, such as greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing inquiries appropriately
• Scheduling meetings and appointments with staff members
• Coordinating the maintenance of office equipment
• Arranging travel accommodations for staff members
• Maintaining records of office expenses such as supplies and services
• Preparing reports on various aspects of office operations
• Ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time

The Office Manager will also be responsible for providing administrative support to staff members, such as: • Assisting with research projects by gathering data from relevant sources • Preparing documents such as presentations, letters, memos, emails etc. • Handling confidential information with discretion • Maintaining filing systems both electronically and manually
