We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of experience managing an office and will be expected to manage the day-to-day operations of our office. This includes organizing the staff, coordinating meetings, managing office supplies, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent problem solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently with minimal supervision. They should have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to provide administrative support such as filing documents, preparing reports, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, ordering supplies, and other duties as assigned. They will also need to provide customer service by answering customer questions or complaints in a timely manner.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1400 AED/month. We are open to considering applications from foreign candidates who meet the necessary criteria for this role.
