Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the housekeeping team, ensuring a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained.
The ideal candidate should possess an understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work long hours. The successful applicant will also need to be able to communicate effectively with other departments and ensure all housekeeping duties are completed at a high standard.
The main responsibilities of the Housekeeping Manager will include: supervising housekeeping staff to ensure that standards of cleanliness are met; checking supplies and equipment; liaising with other departments, such as maintenance or security; providing training to housekeeping staff; scheduling staff shifts; addressing customer complaints or special requests; and monitoring maintenance costs.
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry, have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, able to work independently as well as part of a team, have excellent problem-solving skills and have good computer skills. We are also ready to consider an immigrant for this position. The salary offered for this position is 1400 per month.
