We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role requires a well-organized, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
The duties for this role will include, but not be limited to: managing filing systems, arranging travel plans, scheduling meetings and appointments, managing incoming calls and emails, producing reports and presentations, organizing events and office functions, providing administrative support to the executive team.
We are looking for a candidate who holds a Bachelor's degree in administration or business management or any related field from an accredited university/college and has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, have the ability to multi-task effectively, have good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English is essential while Arabic is preferred but not required. Additionally, the successful candidate should also be willing to work flexible hours if needed.
