Office administrator job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a driven and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The Office Administrator will play a key role in maintaining the efficient operation of the office by performing administrative tasks, providing support to staff and ensuring that all operations run smoothly. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
The Office Administrator will be expected to perform a wide range of duties, including but not limited to maintaining office records, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, dealing with correspondence, setting up meetings and providing general administrative support. In addition, they may also be responsible for managing budgets and handling accounts related duties.
Requirements for the candidate include:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or any equivalent field
• Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Immigrant status is acceptable
• Salary 1700 per month
