Secretary vacancy in Doha Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our offices in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of administrative duties.
The successful candidate must be organized and able to take initiative in managing the day-to-day operations of the office. He/she should also be able to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy. The Secretary will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, preparing documents, greeting visitors, organizing meetings, and providing general administrative support to the staff.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (verbal and written). He/she should also be proficient with computers and have experience with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel). A strong sense of customer service is also necessary in order to ensure that visitors are welcomed warmly and that requests are handled promptly.
We offer a competitive salary package of 1600QAR per month for this role, with a generous range of benefits commensurate with experience. We are willing to consider foreign candidates for this position as well as local applicants.
