Position Summary:
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a good command of the English language. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional attitude and appearance
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the office staff by scheduling meetings, organizing files, providing reports etc.
- Take care of general office duties such as typing letters, answering phones, making copies etc.
- Manage office supplies inventory - Maintain hard copy filing system and electronic filing systems - Assist with special projects as needed - Other related tasks as required
