Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for the office staff, including drafting emails, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, answering phones, filing documents, etc.
• Greet visitors warmly and provide them with assistance in a professional manner.
• Assist in organizing office events such as meetings or seminars.
• Manage office supplies inventory by regularly checking stock levels and ordering new items when needed.
• Assist in preparing reports or presentations by collating data from various sources.
