We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our company in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing administrative support to all departments in the company.
The Secretary will be responsible for providing efficient secretarial and administrative support to the management team. This role involves handling daily correspondence, answering phone calls, preparing documents, scheduling and organizing appointments and meetings, maintaining filing systems, and other related duties as required. The successful candidate should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task as well as work independently.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and have a professional attitude in all aspects of their work. We welcome applications from candidates with minimal experience as we are willing to provide training where necessary.
