Job Summary:
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing all office activities, organizing files, preparing reports and handling customer inquiries. Additional duties include preparing meeting agendas, booking travel arrangements, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating with other departments.
Demands for the Candidate:
• At least 2 years of experience in an office manager role
• Proven experience in organizing meetings, conferences, events, etc.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
