Job Summary
We are looking for an Office Clerk for our office in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and providing customer service. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400 per month. We are open to considering foreign candidates as well.
Responsibilities
• Greet customers and visitors and provide assistance as necessary
• Handle incoming calls and emails from clients
• File documents and maintain organized records
• Assist with data entry tasks and other administrative duties as needed
• Provide support to other team members when needed
• Update inventory records and ensure accuracy of stock levels
• Ensure the office is kept clean and tidy at all times
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least two years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
• Knowledge of basic office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, etc.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
