Job Summary
We are looking for an Office Clerk for our office in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and providing customer service. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400 per month. We are open to considering foreign candidates as well.
Responsibilities
β’ Greet customers and visitors and provide assistance as necessary
β’ Handle incoming calls and emails from clients
β’ File documents and maintain organized records
β’ Assist with data entry tasks and other administrative duties as needed
β’ Provide support to other team members when needed
β’ Update inventory records and ensure accuracy of stock levels
β’ Ensure the office is kept clean and tidy at all times
Qualifications
β’ High school diploma or GED equivalent
β’ At least two yearsβ experience in a similar role
β’ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
β’ Knowledge of basic office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, etc.
β’ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
