Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, filing, and providing administrative support to the team. In addition, the Secretary will be expected to manage external relations, handle inquiries from customers and clients, and provide assistance with clerical tasks such as filing documents and paperwork.
Requirements for the Candidate:
We are looking for a motivated individual with 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills with fluency in English, Arabic is an advantage. Excellent organizational skills are also necessary to ensure that tasks are completed on time. An ability to work independently is essential as well as the capacity to work well within a team. The successful applicant must also possess a valid driver's license and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel.
