We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing restaurant business plans
• Managing staff and scheduling shifts
• Ensuring that all health and safety standards are met
• Maintaining high quality customer service standards
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
• Preparing financial reports to track performance against goals
• Overseeing daily operations including staff supervision, customer service, scheduling, ordering supplies, etc.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred but not required
• Prior experience in a restaurant management role required
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is preferred • Knowledge of safety regulations is beneficial • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as necessary • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication within the team Ideal Candidate Profile: We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.
