We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the office team, ensuring efficient operations of the office. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 900 AED per month, and we are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the office team
• Greet visitors and ensure they receive assistance
• Answer incoming calls and respond to queries
• Manage correspondence such as emails, letters, and packages
• Process documents such as invoices, orders, and other paperwork
• Update databases with client information
• Maintain an organized filing system for documents
• Assist with other tasks as needed Qualifications and Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
