We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the office team, ensuring efficient operations of the office. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 900 AED per month, and we are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities
β’ Provide administrative support to the office team
β’ Greet visitors and ensure they receive assistance
β’ Answer incoming calls and respond to queries
β’ Manage correspondence such as emails, letters, and packages
β’ Process documents such as invoices, orders, and other paperwork
β’ Update databases with client information
β’ Maintain an organized filing system for documents
β’ Assist with other tasks as needed Qualifications and Skills
β’ High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelorβs degree preferred
β’ Previous experience working in an administrative role
β’ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
β’ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
