Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate must have at least three years of experience as a Barista and be willing to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This position will pay a salary of 1800 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, have a passion for coffee, and be able to work well under pressure while consistently providing excellent customer service. They should also have good organizational skills and be able to multi-task effectively.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare coffee drinks such as cappuccinos, lattes, espresso-based drinks, and teas according to company recipes
• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop including countertops, shelves, displays and other areas
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced according to company standards
• Manage inventory of supplies such as coffee beans, syrups, cups, lids etc., ensuring stock is always available
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly to any complaints or requests
• Promote special products or offers available in the shop
• Follow health and safety rules at all times

Required Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Barista in a cafe or restaurant setting
• Outstanding customer service skills with an ability to provide friendly yet efficient service
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy at all times
• Knowledge of various types of coffee drinks such as cappuccinos, lattes etc. • Knowledge of brewing methods (espresso machine) • Ability to lift heavy boxes (up to 20 kg) if necessary
