We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Reef Al Fujairah City. We offer a competitive salary of 1800 per month, and are open to considering a foreign applicant.

The purpose of the Surveyor role is to undertake surveys and produce accurate results. This includes providing advice on land boundaries, utility services and levels of land for building and construction purposes. You must be able to interpret survey plans and diagrams accurately in order to provide clear recommendations for clients.

The main duties and responsibilities of the Surveyor include: carrying out fieldwork surveys; using specialist software to analyse data; presenting results in report form; liaising with colleagues on project progress; attending meetings with clients as required; keeping up-to-date with best practices and relevant legislation; ensuring safety protocols are followed when visiting sites; and any other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

To be successful in this role you must have at least 2 years' experience as a Surveyor or similar role, ideally within the local area. You should also have a good understanding of survey techniques and equipment as well as knowledge of relevant regulations. A valid driver's license is also essential for this role. Excellent communication skills are required, both written and verbal, since you will need to discuss reports with clients and colleagues effectively. And finally, you must be able to work independently or as part of a team depending on the task at hand.
