Secretary job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Secretary in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to be able to efficiently manage office operations.
A successful Secretary should be able to multitask while paying close attention to details and always maintain a professional attitude. Responsibilities include but are not limited to handling incoming phone calls, emails, organizing meetings and events, filing documents, creating reports, maintaining databases, preparing presentations and other administrative duties.
The successful candidate should hold an Associate's Degree in business administration or related field with 1-2 years of experience in an office environment where they developed strong organizational and multitasking skills. They should have excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as good written and verbal English communication skills. Knowledge of Arabic is preferable but not mandatory.
We offer a competitive salary of 1600 UAE Dirhams per month for this role. We are also open to consider applications from foreigners who can demonstrate the necessary qualifications and experience.
