Office assistant job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE for Indian
We are a growing organization in Abu-Dhabi seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented, organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. We are willing to consider a foreign candidate for this position and offer a competitive salary of 1200.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support for the smooth running of the office. This includes greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, responding to emails, organizing mail delivery, taking minutes of meetings and maintaining records, scheduling appointments and managing calendar activities. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for ordering office supplies, processing invoices, filing documents and managing other administrative tasks as requested.
To be considered for this role you must have great interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues from all levels of management. You should also have experience with basic office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel as well as good organizational skills. Previous experience in an administrative role is not necessary but would be advantageous.
