Job Title: Office Clerk

Salary: 1600 AED/Month
Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic and professional team in Abu-Dhabi? We are currently looking for an Office Clerk to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
β’ Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and clients
β’ Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence
β’ Maintain filing systems and update records in the database
β’ Assist in managing office supplies and stationery orders
β’ Greet guests and make them comfortable while visiting the office premises
β’ Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
β’ Support other administrative tasks as required
Required Skills:
β’ High school diploma or equivalent education level required. Bachelorβs degree preferred.
β’ Proven experience as an office clerk or similar role is a plus
β’ Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and office management software (e.g. ERP)
β’ Outstanding organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
β’ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary: 1600 AED/Month
