Job Title: Office Clerk
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1600 AED/Month
Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic and professional team in Abu-Dhabi? We are currently looking for an Office Clerk to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and clients
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence
• Maintain filing systems and update records in the database
• Assist in managing office supplies and stationery orders
• Greet guests and make them comfortable while visiting the office premises
• Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
• Support other administrative tasks as required
Required Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent education level required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an office clerk or similar role is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and office management software (e.g. ERP)
• Outstanding organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary: 1600 AED/Month
