We are looking for a talented Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, with a salary of 1400. We are open to hiring someone without any prior experience for this role.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring that all daily operations are running smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as strong communication skills both verbal and written. The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize tasks and handle confidential information with discretion.
The successful candidate should have the following abilities: excellent organizational skills, self-motivation and initiative; strong customer service skills; ability to work independently; problem solving and critical thinking skills; good interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; accuracy and attention to detail; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other applicable software programs; ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
