Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing incoming calls. Other duties may include providing customer service, filing and organizing paperwork, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
