We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for an immigrant to gain invaluable experience in the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the team.

The ideal Secretary should be well-organized and detail-oriented with strong customer service skills. The candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills as they will be dealing with clients on a daily basis.

The successful applicant will be expected to answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate members of staff, take messages, draft documents, scan documents, file documents electronically and physically, maintain client records, schedule meetings, and carry out any other related tasks assigned by the Management team.
