Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff as well as ensuring the efficient functioning of the office. This position is open to immigrants with no prior experience.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Schedule appointments, meetings and arrange travel itineraries
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, data entry etc.
• Prepare reports and presentations from data collected from various sources
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt of supplies
• Ensure proper handling of confidential information
Qualifications:
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary & Benefits: 1200 AED per month along with standard benefits package.
