Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality displays of merchandise in-store and online. This includes planning, designing, sourcing, pricing, and marketing merchandise to ensure maximum sales. The successful candidate will be expected to increase profits by keeping abreast of market trends and customer preferences.

Requirements for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in business, marketing, retail management or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of experience in merchandising or a related field is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, sales skills and an eye for detail are also necessary traits. Candidates must have good knowledge of the local market with the ability to identify trends and customer needs/preferences. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is also required. Finally, candidates must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when required.
