Secretary job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 1600 AED per month and is open to foreign applicants.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and provide them with assistance as needed
• Maintain office equipment, including computers, telephone systems, photocopiers and fax machines
• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and scanning documents
• Coordinate meeting arrangements with internal staff or external clients
• Prepare correspondence such as reports, memos or emails
• Assist with organizing events or conferences
• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
• Handle travel arrangements for staff members.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
