Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Bank Teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The Bank Teller’s primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to our clients by processing financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Duties

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, and other transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to specific customer inquiries
• Balance cash drawer daily by accurately counting all cash on hand
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Promote bank products and services to customers
• Assist customers in completing proper documentation for any new accounts or services requested
• Follow established policies in order to protect the security of customer information

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Bank Teller or similar role
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately
• Proven ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: 1200 AED
