Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900. We are willing to consider an immigrant for the role.

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, including overseeing staff, ensuring cleanliness and quality throughout the hotel, and managing budgets. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills to liaise with other departments and ensure that all hotel standards are met.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure that housekeeping staff provide excellent customer service
• Oversee inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Manage budgets and track expenses related to housekeeping operations
• Organize staff schedules and assign duties
• Monitor inventory of supplies such as linens, cleaning products, etc.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for housekeeping staff
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role in hospitality industry is essential
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
