Job Title: Administrator

Salary: 1300/month
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly detail-oriented, and have a minimum of one year of experience in administration. We are also open to considering an immigrant for this role.
The primary duties of the Administrator will include managing day-to-day operations, providing administrative support to all departments, ensuring accurate data entry into systems, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, the Administrator will be responsible for maintaining filing systems, preparing reports and correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, responding to customer inquiries and other administrative tasks as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills; an eye for detail; strong organizational skills; the ability to work independently or as part of a team; and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). A Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
