The Office Administrator will be responsible for all administrative tasks in the office and will ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate must be reliable, organized, friendly and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones
- Greeting visitors
- Filing paperwork
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing travel arrangements
- Data entry and database management
- Assisting with special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Attention to detail and accuracy in work product - Prioritize workloads when necessary - Flexibility to work additional or irregular hours when needed
