Office administrator job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator for our office in Abu Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 1400 AED per month. We are open to considering applications from immigrants.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as an Office Administrator, with a proven track record of excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. You must be able to prioritize tasks effectively and work autonomously when needed.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Organizing meetings and conferences with internal staff and external partners
• Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing documents
• Managing travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car rentals etc.
• Maintaining office supplies and equipment
• Interacting with clients in a professional manner
• Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning documents etc.
• Providing support to other departments when needed
• Ensuring the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English. Any additional language is highly desirable but not mandatory.
