EXECUTIVE CHEF
El-Fujairah, 1300 AED+
Requirements:
• Degree or certificate in Culinary Arts/Hospitality Management/Food Service Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef, with proven success in a fast-paced and high volume kitchen
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen including menu planning, food preparation, quality assurance, portion control, inventory management and cost control.
• Plan special menus for events like weddings, banquets etc., coordinate with suppliers for food supplies and consult with customers on menu selection.
• Train staff members to ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
• Ensure all safety regulations are followed at all times.
• Monitor kitchen operations to ensure quality standards are met.
