We are looking for an experienced and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will need to be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. This position is open to immigrants who meet our requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the daily operations of the office.
• Greet visitors and handle incoming calls.
• Maintain filing systems and other administrative duties as needed.
• Handle incoming mail, emails, and faxes.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Provide general clerical support including photocopying, data entry, and typing documents.
• Make travel arrangements as needed for employees or visitors.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Must have experience in a similar role such as receptionist, administrative assistant or office assistant.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and any other languages desired but not required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is preferred but not required
