Office assistant job in Abu-Dhabi UAE for unskilled workers


We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. They must be well-versed in MS Office and any other relevant programs.

The main duties of the Office Assistant include but are not limited to: managing incoming calls and emails, organizing office documents, taking care of office supplies and equipment, updating databases, providing administrative support to the team and other related tasks.

The successful candidate should demonstrate attention to detail, multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary. A friendly attitude towards clients is essential for success in this position.
