Office Manager – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to manage our office in Abu Dhabi. This position requires a motivated individual with strong organizational and communication skills to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, minimal work experience, and be available to work in Abu Dhabi. We are open to considering immigrants for this role. The successful candidate should be able to multitask and be willing to take on new tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office activities such as scheduling meetings, filing paperwork, and answering phone calls
• Ensure that all office supplies are properly stocked
• Coordinate with vendors for ordering supplies and services
• Set up new employee accounts for computers, email, payroll, etc.
• Create reports on office productivity and other metrics
• Answer customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Monitor budget spending and maintain records of expenses
• Provide administrative support as needed

Salary: 1200 AED per month
