Housekeeping Manager - Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1100 AED/Month
Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in hospitality management or a related field
β’ Proven experience as a housekeeping manager or supervisor in the hospitality industry
β’ Excellent organizational and time management skills
β’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
β’ Ability to work independently and on a team
β’ Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
β’ Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and POS systems
β’ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities:
β’ Develop standards for staff performance, customer service, product quality, safety, and housekeeping operations.
β’ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department.
β’ Create schedules for staff members to ensure that all areas of the premises are cleaned daily.
β’ Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when necessary.
β’ Train new housekeeping employees on proper cleaning techniques.
β’ Ensure that all safety protocols are being followed by staff members at all times.
β’ Develop processes for responding quickly to customer complaints or requests.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing standards for staff performance, customer service, product quality, safety, and housekeeping operations; overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department; creating schedules for staff members; monitoring inventory levels; training new housekeeping employees on proper cleaning techniques; ensuring safety protocols are being followed by staff members at all times; and developing processes for responding quickly to customer complaints or requests. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelorβs degree in hospitality management or a related field along with proven experience as a housekeeping manager or supervisor in the hospitality industry; excellent organizational and time management skills; outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently as well as on a team; fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage); working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and POS systems; and ability to work under pressure while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
